ESChat operation when Backgrounded or Screen Locked
| When the screen is locked, the notification appears under the time and date notification. To further customize these settings, go to the device settings and look for ESChat under Notifications. |  |

| When the app is backgrounded, the notification appears. You can ignore the call altogether, and the notification will disappear. Tapping the notification brings you into the app. Or, pull down on the notification to manage the call without interrupting your ongoing activity with the phone. |  |  |
| When the screen is locked, tap the notification to open the app, or swipe the notification to the left to open the options to manage the call without opening the app. |  |  |

Users who use the app with a Bluetooth LE Button (that has been paired within the app) will be able to participate in the call as usual using the button.
