Download Instructions for ESChat Web Client Beta
These instructions are for the beta version of the ESChat Web Client. The Web Client must be installed using a Windows computer. It is not necessary to uninstall an existing PC Client user instance in order to download the new Web Client. However, the two instances should not be run at the same time. First, be sure there is a user created in the admin portal to assign for use, either a new user or an existing user with a cleared public key ready for activation.
First, complete the required downloads and follow the instructions for each download.
Required Downloads
First run the PC Client Service Installer from the link below, as shown.
Setup Instructions
After completing the required downloads, navigate to the link for the web client that is specific to your portal deployment.
Activation
Enter the activation code for this user instance and click "Activate."
Once activation is complete, the web client beta is ready for use.
