The list of common codes may help diagnose activation problems or operational issues.

| INTERNAL_ERROR | -32603 | Unknown internal error. | Please try again or contact Support. |
| LOCKED | -32000 | Indicates the personality for the specified activation code is locked. | Please try again or contact Support. |
| RECORDER_BUSY | -32001 | Indicates that the recorder is currently busy, when a call already has the floor. | Please try again in a moment or contact Support. |
| ERROR_EMERGENCY | -32002 | Indicates that an error occurred trying to start an emergency call. | Please try again in a moment or contact Support. |
| RUNNING_WITH_DIFFERENT_ACTIVATION_CODE | -32003 | Indicates the service is already running with a different activation code that was specified. | No action is required. |
| RUNNING_WITH_SAME_ACTIVATION_CODE | -32004 | Indicates the service is already running but with a different activation code that was specified. It is OK to treat this as a success. | No action is required. |
| DLL_LOAD_FAILURE | -32005 | Indicates the service could not load the required DLLs. | Please try again or contact Support. |
| DOES_NOT_EXIST | -32006 | Indicates the requested item does not exist. | Please try again or contact Support. |
