Context Menus for Android Devices

Each tab has secondary menus to facilitate operation. The Contacts, Groups, Channels and Recents tabs contain secondary menus, reached via a long press on a contact, group or channel.  Context menus may vary slightly according to individual device configuration.  For more information, contact your Customer Admin or ESChat Support. 

Contacts Tab: Long press on a contact or contacts to reach the context menu as shown.

Groups Tab: Highlight and long press on a group to reach the secondary menu.

Channels Tab:  If your device is configured for Channels, a highlight and long press opens a shorter secondary menu.

Recents Tab:long press on a recent call item to reach the context menu.
