Send in a Ticket to Support@eschat.com
After emailing support from eschat.com or a device, an auto generated response will be sent to the email address that generated the ticket. The information includes a ticket ID number, along with a link to respond to the ticket.
Initial Ticket Response
Click on the first link (indicated with the red arrow) to create a log in profile with our ticketing system.
Sign in to ESChat Support
A popup window will appear. If you have sent in tickets before, just click "Forgot Password." If you are new to ESChat Support, click "Get a password." The sign up link will also work.
A reset link will be sent to your email inbox. If you wish to sign up, the popup menu will also ask you for your name along with an email address.
Choose a Password
Once the profile is created, visit the Support Page at eschat.com. Under the drop down menu, select "Knowledgebase," "Contact Support," or "Open a Trouble Ticket." Click on the link with your name on it in the upper right hand corner to submit a new request or respond to any ongoing tickets.
