The more information you can provide, the better we will be able to assist you.
Please provide as much of the following information that is available to you in an ESChat support request:
- Your name.
- Your preferred contact method, such as a phone number or email address. Certain ESChat cellular device support requests may be better served using a contact phone number different than an ESChat cellular device number.
- Describe the issue or request.
- The ESChat Username.
- This is displayed in the about screen of a cellular device ESChat client.
- This is displayed in the ESChat > Options > Personalities tab of an ESChat PC client.
- This is displayed in the subject of the ESChat Activation email message.
- This is displayed in the body of the ESChat Activation text message, in parenthesis after the phrase "ESChat Setup".
- The name of your company or organization as it is listed in ESChat.
- This is displayed in the about screen of a cellular device ESChat client.
- This is displayed in the ESChat > Options > Personalities tab of an ESChat PC client.
- This is displayed in the subject of the ESChat Activation email message.
- This is displayed in the body of the ESChat Activation text message, in parenthesis after the phrase "ESChat Setup".
- The device phone number, if applicable.
- This is typically displayed in the cellular device settings menu.
- Or, cellular call another cellular device from the ESChat cellular device, then note the displayed phone number.
- The ESChat device email address, if applicable.
