Sign Existing Users Into the FedRAMP Environment
This article is for admins who users are moving from the GovCloud into the new FedRAMP environment. This is not for creating new users. All users must sign out and then sign in to the new FedRAMP portal.
Please be aware that all devices will retain their contact lists, group memberships, feature key and client settings set within the portal. Please be aware that all configurations made on the device will revert back to the device default settings and will need to be configured.
It is critical that all of your users sign into the app within the FedRAMP environment to maintain your Push-to-Talk communications. Users that do not sign into the app with the added 3 character prefix will not be able to communicate with users that do.

- admins must be aware of the date of their scheduled move, and be able to coordinate with their users
- admins must configure all devices with the Feature Key that allows them to sign out of the app
- all users must sign out of the app, then add the 3 character prefix "2FP" to their existing activation codes, and sign in.
