Templates
Templates are used to set a specific configuration of feature keys or client settings that will be applied to a selected number of users. Templates can be company wide, or they may be specific to a department.
First you must create the template, and then assign or unassign users to the template. Below, see the two levels of templates. At the Customer level, the Template can be applied to every user. At the department level, the template will be limited to users within the department. Companies with only one department can use the templates at either level.
