iOS Ad hoc Barge Calls

To make an ad hoc barge call, select up to 128 contacts.  Upon call connection, your initial voice burst will "Barge" through to the available recipients' phones.

Barge Calls From the Contact List

From the contacts tab, highlight one or more contacts. Press "Push to Talk."

All available recipients will be brought into the call.  When you have finished transmitting, release the floor.

Now, another member of the call may take the floor, or you can let the call go to idle timeout.  To manually end the call, deselect the RX button.

Ad hoc Barge Calls and the Map

Ad hoc calls must be initiated from the Contact List. and then may be conducted from the map tab once they are established just by tapping the map icon after the call has begun. 

From  the contacts tab, highlight the contacts you wish to include in your ad hoc call, up to 128 contacts.  Press "Push to Talk" to initiate call.  Navigate in call the map tab, and zoom in or out to display recipients.  Press PTT to initiate call.

Expand the call widget to view more call details.

The call widget will show the call details while you view the participants on the map.  The call may end via an idle timeout or to end manually, tap the call widget.
