Log in to Admin Portal via Email Link
Each Customer Admin created by ESChat Support immediately receives a time sensitive (24 hour) email from ESChat Support. Click on the link supplied in the email. Depending on your email account settings, this email might be found in the SPAM folder, as it originates from a no-reply sender.

Open the message to see the link.

When you click on the link, you'll be prompted to create a new password.

If you missed the 24-hour mark, or cannot find the email, as long as you have been created as an Account Contact, you may log in to the Admin Portal from the eschat.com website. Click here for instructions.
