Log in to Admin Portal via Email Link
Each Customer Admin created by ESChat Support immediately receives a time sensitive (24 hour) email from ESChat Support. Click on the link supplied in the email. Depending on email account settings, this email might be found in a SPAM folder, as it originates from a no-reply sender.

Open the message to see the link.
Create a new password according to the prompt.
