Request Additional Customer Administrators
To add another Customer Admin to an ESChat customer, please send a message to support@eschat.com. The request must come from a current account administrator.
Support will need the following information for the new account contact:
Name: For identification in the Account Contacts tab.
Email: the link to admin portal access will be sent to this address.
Phone number: must be a 10 digit phone number
Role: this is optional for identification if this new administrator is to be the primary contact.
Upon creation, the new customer admin will be sent a time sensitive email with a link to log in and set their password.
