Log In to Admin Portal from eschat.com
Every customer admin has an email that grants access to the Admin Portal. They are then sent a time sensitive link to the portal. Here are the instructions for logging into the Admin Portal from eschat.com via the Forgot Password function. This is only available for account contacts that have been created for the account.
Begin by going to eschat.com. From the top bar, click on "Admin Portal Access."
From this page, click on the appropriate link for your portal. If you are unsure which link is correct for your deployment, please contact ESChat Support.
If you do not see your link on this page, and you are part of the NA AWS cloud, please click portal.eschat.com.
Click "Forgot Password."
Enter the email address that was created for the Account Contact and select "Submit." The addresses must match exactly.
An email with a new, time sensitive link to reset the password will be sent immediately from sales@eschat.com. Please check your spam folder if the email does not appear. Reach out to eschat.com/Support if you do not get the message.
