Log In to Admin Portal from eschat.com

Here are the instructions for logging into the Admin Portal from eschat.com.  In the top left hand corner, click on "Customer Admin Portal."

From this page, click on AWS commercial unless you are on the GovCloud or are a TELUS customer. 

If your address is the US portal, please contact Support. 

Click "Forgot Password." 

Enter your account email address and select "Submit."

An email with a new, time sensitive link to reset your password will be sent immediately.  Please check your spam folder if the email does not appear.
