Update ESChat
It's important to use the most recently released version of the app for the best functionality. Update existing ESChat installations on your Android device via the Google Play Store. If your devices are managed by an MDM, contact your Customer Admin with questions about updates.

Open the Navigation Drawer. Press the three horizontal bars located in the top right hand corner. View your information.The user is named Jim Croft and the current software version is 26. For more specific information, press the "About" screen. |

View information about the device. The "About" screen displays more complete information about the user, the customer, the device hardware, and app version and build number, and the Android OS. |

Check for available updates. Go to the Google Play Store and search for ESChat. |

Update the app. If there is an update available, press the green "Update" box. |
