Set Do Not Disturb (DnD) and Block Calls
The default privacy option for ESChat users within the app is the option for Do-Not-Disturb (DnD). Users may also block calls from individual users or groups. Administrators may also configure devices to remove these options. DnD allows the user to block all 1:1 or channel calls. Individual callers will see a message that the "contact does not wish to be disturbed."
While in DnD, other users will see the presence update of that client as red with a white line as an indicator that the user is unavailable.
NOTE: If the "Allow DnD" feature key is disabled for a User from the Administration Portal, then the client device will not allow user access to DnD control.
