Bulk Add Group Members Template
To add members to a group via bulk load, fill out the template according to the rules below. All fields must be completed For a complete set of instructions, click here.
| Field | Menu Type | Description |
| Action | Drop down | Required. Use the action item available in the drop down menu. |
| Customer | Fill in | Required. Fill in with the customer name. |
| Department | Fill in | Required. Fill in the name of the department that contains the group. |
| Group Name | Fill in | Required. Fill in with the group name. This must match the group name exactly as it appears in the admin portal. |
| User Customer | Fill in | Required. The name of the customer to which the user who is to be added to the group belongs. This may be the same name as the customer that hosts the group. This may be a different name, if the user who is to be added to the group belongs to a different, associated customer. Note: the customers must already be associated. In either case, the customer name must be the same as it is written in the portal. |
| User Log In | Fill in | Required. Fill in with the user name who will be a group member. |
| Initiate Calls | Drop down | Required. Will this member be able to initiate calls? Fill in with Yes or No from the drop down menu. |
| Receive Calls | Drop down | Required. Will this member be able to receive calls? Fill in with Yes or No from the drop down menu. |
| Talker Override | Drop down | Required. Will this user have Talker Override? Fill in with Yes or No from the drop down menu. |
| Listen Only | Drop down | Required. Will this group member be a Listen Only member? Fill in with Yes or No from the drop down menu. |
| External Name | Fill in | Optional. Used for accounts with an integrated external radio system. |
