Bulk Delete Contacts Template
Deleting contacts removes the list of contacts from devices. To use the Bulk Delete Contacts template, click on the link in the Bulk Tools tab. For a complete set of instructions, click here.
| Field | Menu Type | Description |
| Action | Drop down | Required. Use the item available in the drop down menu. |
| Customer | Fill in | Required. Fill in with the customer's name as it exists in the Admin Portal. |
| Department | Fill in | Required. Fill in with the department to which the user belongs. |
| Owner User Log In | Fill in | Required. The user who will have the contacts removed. |
| Contact User Customer | Fill in | Required. The contact's customer name. This must match the name as it is listed in the portal exactly. This may be the same name as the earlier customer field, or it may be from a different, associated customer. |
| Contact User Log In | Fill in | Required. The contact who will be removed. The contact name must be an exact match. |
