Group PTT Calls

The default ESChat user is configured to operate in Channels mode.  For those customers who wish to operate in Groups mode, PTT calls for contacts and Groups.  To make a Group Barge Call, select a group from the Group List.  Highlight a group, then press "Push to Talk." Upon call connection, your initial voice will burst through to the available recipients of that group.

Start with the Groups tab.  Highlight the group you wish to call. Press push to talk to initiate call.

The call may end from a call timeout. To end the call from the in call list, press the three dot menu and select End Call.
