Bulk Assign External IDs to Users Template
To create users for an external network using the bulk load tool, fill out the template according to these rules. The template will download with the title Bulk Assign User Aliases. | Action | Drop down | Required. Fill with the action item available in the drop down menu. |
| Customer | Fill in | Required. Fill in with the customer name exactly as it appears in the portal. |
| User Login | Fill in | Required. Fill in with the ESChat user name exactly as it appears in the portal. |
| Network | Fill in | Required. Fill in with the name of the network. |
| Alias | Fill in | Required. Fill in with the ID of the alias. |
