Bulk Assign External IDs to Users Template

To create users for an external network using the bulk load tool, fill out the template according to these rules.  All required fields must be completed.  For a complete set of instructions for using the bulk loading tools, click here. 

 

Field  Menu Type Description
Action Drop down Required. Fill with the action item available in the drop down menu.
Customer Fill in Required.  Fill in with the customer name.
Network Fill in Required.  Fill in with the name of the network. 
Alias Fill in Required. Fill in with the ID of the alias. 
Department Fill in Required.  Fill in with the name of the department.
User Login Fill in Required.  Fill in with the ESChat user name.
First Name Fill in Required.  Fill in with the user's first name. 
Last Name Fill in Required.  Fill in with the user's last name. 
Phone Number Fill in Optional. Fill in with the correct user phone number. Don't include spaces or parentheses 
Email Fill in Optional.  Fill in with the correct user email.
