Overview of Portal Tabs
The Admin portal is set up in a series of tabs that represent different functional areas. Click through the tabs. Tabs may be dragged around to shift the order, depending on preference. View the tabs in default order, with the "profile" tab darkened, shown below. Not all portal instances will show the tabs as listed below. Contact Support for assistance.

| Profile | View information about your company, ports, and make company wide adjustments to call idle timeouts, OAuth, Activation Code expiry and Client Side Playback. <profile> |
| License | View the number of licenses for your company. <license> |
| Department | View one or more departments set to this level. <departments> |
| Templates | Set parameters for users, company wide. <templates> |
| Usage | View usage reports for individual and group calls. <usage> |
| Account Contacts | View administrators for the account. Contact Support for assistance with changes to this list. <admin> |
| Account Reps | View any account reps who are assigned to your customer. Not every customer will have an assigned account rep. |
| Find User | Search for individual users; download company wide user lists. <findusers> |
| Authentication | View and configure admin portal security. This is for admin portal access only and not for individual users. <authentication> |
| Channels | Assign groups as ordered channels. <channels> |
