Map Test for Firewall Blockage

PC clients behind firewalls may experience issues with mapping where the map tiles are being blocked.  Please see this link for the standard Firewall Exceptions required for the PC client.  Make sure that you allow the "Maps.Google.Com" as a URL, not an IP address (Google uses and changes at random 12 different IP addresses for this).  

If you are able to provision the dispatch, but are unable to get map tiles as a test from the browser window, go to: https://download.sla-ptt.com/pcclient/map/14.0/test.html

 You should see this:

Users should see the map tile as above, including a green location balloon, the scroll bars in the bottom right corner, and a working map tile option (Map|Satellite) in the top left corner.

If any of these are missing or non-functional, please ensure the firewall exceptions are allowed through your firewall.
