Clear the Application Data or Cache
If you encounter issues with reinstalling or updating a new version of the app, you may need to clear the application data or cache.
| Step 1: Navigate to the device Settings, and select the Application Manager |
| Step 2: Select ESChat, and navigate to the Storage tab. |
| Step 3: Clear both the Data and Cache for the application. |
| You'll see the confirmation that the data and cache are cleared. |
| ESChat is now ready for activation via an SMS activation message or the manual input of the Activation Code. |
