Clear the Application Data or Cache
If you encounter issues with reinstalling or updating a new version of the app, you may need to clear the application data or cache.
Step 1: Navigate to the device Settings, and select the Application Manager |
Step 2: Select ESChat, and navigate to the Storage tab. |
Step 3: Clear both the Data and Cache for the application. |
You'll see the confirmation that the data and cache are cleared. |
