Email ESChat Support from your D-Pad Device
If you need to contact ESChat Support from your D-Pad device, follow the steps outlined below.
From your Channel or Contact screen, navigate to the three bars to open the Navigation Drawer. Once the drawer is open, scroll down through the items to select Email. |
Follow the permission prompts. |
Type in your email address (phone number is optional). Type your message to support. Please be as detailed as possible. |
Scroll up to and then select "Send support email." You'll see the confirmation message. |
