Email ESChat Support from your D-Pad Device
If you need to contact ESChat Support from your D-Pad device, follow the steps outlined below.
| From your Channel or Contact screen, navigate to the three bars to open the Navigation Drawer. Once the drawer is open, scroll down through the items to select Email. |  |

| Type in your email address (phone number is optional). Type your message to support. Please be as detailed as possible. |  |

| Scroll up to and then select "Send support email." You'll see the confirmation message. |  |
