Open Developer Options Tab on Sonim XP5 XP5s or XP3

Open Developer Options on your D-pad devices to enable a Vysor connection, to sideload, and to send bug reports.  Since there is no touchscreen display available on the Sonim XP5 or XP5s, you cannot use the shortcut to open the Developer Options.  Instead you must use the telephone, and dial: *#*#2387#*#*

For XP3+ 5G devices, there is a 2 step dialing process.  First, dial  *#*#0701#*#*.  Then, enable the Developer options using key code *#*#2387#*#*. as shown below. 

Press call once the number has been typed in.

Once the Developer Options tab is enabled, ensure that USB debugging and Bug report shortcut is enabled.

You may also add a menu button to the Power tab for future access to this feature.

Other Sonim devices allow access to Developer Options via the settings menu, reached via the device's soft keys.
