Below, registration status information.
Registration Status | Description |
Registered | Device is currently registered and signed in to the app. |
Not Responding | Device did not respond to the most recent invite to a PTT call. Not responding can be a result of the device being out of data coverage, in airplane mode, or the user deleted the app. While in the not responding state, the server will continue to try and send the device PTT calls. If the device responds, the status goes back to “registered” status. On the registration timeout Android and PC devices will move to unregistered. iOS devices will remain in the not responding state until their APNS token is marked invalid by the Apple Servers. |
Signed Out | The user manually signed out of the app. |
Unregistered | The device is no longer registered at the server and cannot be contacted at all. This could be due to the device being outside of data coverage and not able to check in with the server, or the device could be in airplane mode, the phone could be turned off, or the app could have been deleted. Once the device is in an unregistered status, the server will no longer try to contact the device for any reason. On Android and PC devices this happens at the registration timeout. On iOS devices this happens when the Apple Servers mark the device's APNS token as invalid. |
