Overview of the Users Tab
Click the users tab to view all users within a department. For large departments, be sure to adjust the "show" window to see up to 100 users per page. The list displays all app users, including user names, current registration status device information and software versions. You may hide columns to simplify your view. From here you can add, delete or modify individual users and their account information, change feature keys, and adjust settings and contacts.
A key piece of information is the client software version. If you call Support to report an irregularity or ask about an issue with a user, Support will ask you to have the user update their software to the current version. If the user does not have their device set to accept automatic updates, they may need to manually update the app from Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS). The "Client Software" column is where you may view that information.

|Tracks||Over a configurable period, view this user's activity on a map. Click here to view more information.|
|Messages||Over a configurable period, view this user's messaging activity. Read more about viewing messages here.|
|Calls||Over a configurable period, view this user's calls, including the type of connection and the manner of call ending.|
Along the bottom of the Setting tabs, the following actions are available:
|Edit||Edit user details, create a new activation code, or resend an activation code. Click here for instructions.|
|Edit Feature Keys||Customize features of the app that will be available on this user's device. To read more about feature keys, click here.|
|Edit Client Settings||Customize settings that affect app functionality on this user's device. To read more about client settings, click here.|
|Clear Public Key||Clear the encrypted registration for this user to allow for a reregistration. Click here to see instructions.|
|Request Debug Log||Request a debug log for this device to be sent to Support.|
